Add to basketInscribed and signed by the author on the front endpaper: "To Ivan with the hope that he will enjoy exactly the size of a success that he wants, / Draper Daniels." Daniels was a successful and creative advertising executive in the 1950s and '60s, responsible for the Marlboro Man, Elsie the Borden Cow, and other lasting campaigns. He was an obvious inspiration for the character of Don Draper, played by Jon Hamm in the tv show "The Mad Men." This book is surprisingly rare, and signed copies even more uncommon. Bound in yellow cloth-covered boards with a black-lettered spine. Book is tight, square, and unmarked; corners and spine ends bumped. The dust jacket is not price-clipped (original price $7.95); some sun-fading to the spine; edgewear at spine ends, corners. Brodart protected.
