Includes the signature President Jimmy Carter, offering his "Best Wishes," and Rosalynn Carter, who signed "With appreciation and best wishes - Jimmy and Rosalynn Carter. A scarce signed piece by itself, it's especially interesting to see Mrs. Carter sign for her husband. Provenance: Carter Center Weekend, Vail Cascade Resort & Spa, June 25-29, 2014.
