First edition, inscribed by Condo with a drawing in ink on first page and a press release for a film about Condo with another drawing and note in ink on verso; oblong 4to (209 x 250 mm, 8� x 9� in); colour reproductions of 10 paintings, interview with Condo by Michael FitzGerald; wire-stitched into photo-illustrated card covers, minor handling wear, near-fine; [32]pp. Inscribed by Condo to Hilary Gerrard with an original drawing titled 'War against the tutu': 'for Hillary [sic], / who is [crossed out] here in Rampoldi's / sat alive and well / War against the tutu / love Condo [signed] March 21, 1998'. Hilary Gerrard was Ringo Starr's manager for over thirty years and a director of the Beatles company Apple Corps. Laid in is a press release for a screening of Condo Painting (1998), a film by John McNaughton, at Th��tre des Vari�t�s, Monaco with a note and another original drawing of Hilary Gerrard on the verso.
