"Two Hundred and Fifty numbered copies of this book have been printed on Van Gelder hand made paper in the first fifty of which the illustrations have been colored by hand by Carol Content Edwards and the type then distributed. This book is Number 29". xxi, [1], 58pp, [2], bound in flexible hard stock paper boards, with an illustrated dust wrapper [showing a closed edge tear and upper edge wear], binding and hinges tight. Includes the original glassine jacket, in two halves. Also includes a two page advertising brochure, listing the Contributors, and mentioning that the proceeds are for the benefit of the proposed library at Falmouth Foreside, Maine [alas, the Library wasn't opened until 1952]. This copy belonged to Alice Cary Tobei, 3 Deering Street, Portland, Maine, being a gift from her mother for Christmas 1912. Offsetting on the Appendix page from a news article laid-in on June Delight Edwards, whom this book was written in honour of. Seller Inventory # 008003
