Signed presentation from Elliott on front endpaper: "To Ethel Stringfellow, with admiration and affection. Eleanor Elliott. February 1965." Also with a friendly two-page autograph letter signed from Elliott to Stringfellow forwarding the book. Ethel Stringfellow was head-mistress at the prestigious Chapin School For Girls in New York and Jackie Bouvier [Kennedy]- one of school's more famous alumnus- was often sent to be reprimanded by Stringfellow for bad behavior.
