ALL UK PARCELS SENT TRACKED! ALL OVERSEAS PARCELS SENT AIRMAIL, TRACKED! (S/hand, Hardcover, 1984). 1984 1st edition. Large 8vo (172 x 245mm). Pp217. B/w photographs, photograph end-papers. Blue boards, spine titled in gilt. Very good in dust-wrapper. Signed by the author. "From the 'find' as a schoolboy of a Little Owl to the adult ambition of owning and flying a Golden Eagle, David Fox presents an eminently readable book about his life-long obsession with falconry and birds of prey. No longer a hobby, his deep-rooted interest in raptors now dominates his life and, indeed, the life of his entire family. His skills have been accumulated gradually over many years experience in the rearing, training and flying of these birds, but now [the author] is deservedly becoming a recognised expert in his field." The early life and times of one of the most respected and experienced eagle falconers in Britain. .
