Rochester: Allison Press, 1971. Softcover.144 Pages. Very Good. Edgewear to covers, especially to spine. Last two leaves and inside back cover unobtrusive small semi circle of discoloration. Inscribed inside back cover "For Eve Geoff Winningham". Friday Night in the Coliseum established a sort of paradigm for many of Winningham's later books, as it combines his original photographs of professional wrestling, arranged in a cinematic flow, his text drawn from interviews with participants, and a brief history of pro wrestling in Houston.
