First edition of this scarce architectural monograph by the Russian born architect who designed the Clinique Mirabeau in Paris. The designs here are representative of the high rise apartments he built in New York, and to a lesser extent the lower cost housing units he designed in New Jersey. Offsetting to endpaper, else a clean copy in a VG- jacket with 1" chip out of front flap joint; 1 closed tear to top of front spine joint; smaller chips and closed tears to jacket edges and spine tips, but a sound copy overall. This copy has been SIGNED and INSCRIBED by Kamenka on the title page.
