About the Author

RAY KYBARTAS has been a professional fitness trainer since 1979. As manager of the original Gold's Gym in Venice Beach, he was witness to a lot of unhealthy training, which inspired him to learn everything he could about health and nutrition. Other clients have included Marlo Thomas, Tatum O'Neal, Sean Penn, Pia Zadora, Patrick Dempsey, Kelly LeBrock, and numerous studio executives and entertainment attorneys. Although he now works almost exclusively with Madonna, he is one of the most sought after personal trainers in Hollywood.
