SIGNED by ROB SHOEMAKER. Two games are taking place at the same time. It's September 1933, on an Ohio county fairground as Walter Johnson and Cy Young face each other for the last time. In October 1999, the Red Sox prepare to play the Final Game at Fenway Park in the Seventh Game of the World Series. That by itself tells you this is a work of fiction. Baseball connects grandfathers to grandsons in this novel of the enduring power of America's pastime. Very good condition of a seldom seen title. Has a bright green cover. I have more than 180 signed baseball books, about 170 baseball novels and mysteries and 70 publications on the World Series in stock. Discounts are available on multiple purchases on the same order.
