Chicago: Privately Printed at the Lakeside Press, 1934. Limited First Edition. Dedicated to Albert Blake Dick, this company history commemorates fifty years of Progress and Achievement. Rockwell Kent has inscribed the fly-leaf in presentation: "If there is any good in these drawings it is because the Dicks (God bless them!) left me alone. If more advertisers did that there'd come to be more art in advertising." A wonderful inscription.

Books of "average" size might be sent overseas via Global Priority Airmail for $35.00 each volume, but oversized or overweight books must be sent by other methods or carriers, and will almost certainly cost more, depending on the actual weight.
