First edition. ~11" x 9.75 oblong hardcover in black cloth with stamped titling and illustrated paper dustjacket. Unpaginated, with color photo plates. Boards' corners sharp, cloth in lovely condition. Dustjacket with hints of edgewear, minor rubbing and a notable scuff to rear. Page interiors bright and supple. A tiny nick to the upper page block not encroaching on pages, and perhaps a trifle bowed crosswise - barely visible. The Iowa-born photographer's first photobook, being a survey of color photos taken 1978-1989 - quite a funny new-journalistic/aesthetic examination of Reagan's America.
