A first edition of the prolific Australian author's second novel, published in Melbourne in Jan., 1965. (Keneally is best known for his best-selling Schindler's Ark). Near fine with lightly and evenly tanned pages throughout. in VG+ dustwrapper with minuscule loss at the extremities. Flat-signed in blue ink to the title page by the author. No other inscriptions or marks. Included is a photograph of the author signing some books for the owner at Waterstones in May, 2007. This copy is second from the bottom on the pile of books in the photo. Seller Inventory # 004089
