Medium 8vo 9½" x 6  [24cm x 15cm] approx. 332pp. Quarter bound blue spine over pale blue boards. Blind stamped author initials to the upper board. Spine ends are a little knocked. The bottom right hand corner also has a small knock. The fore edge is a little toned otherwise the contents are clean and unmarked. The author has signed the front free endpaper. Condition of book is very good. Jacket design by Christopher Brand. Extremely minor wear at spine ends and one corner which is barely noticeable. Book is very good plus and so is jacket. Diagnosed with cancer at the age of nine, Sundquist eventually is forced to deal with the harsh reality of losing his left leg to amputation. Yet even at his young age, he deals with the setback with courage and determination, eventually setting his sights on becoming a ski racer at the 2006 Paralympics in Italy. About the Author

JOSH SUNDQUIST was a member of the 2006 US Paralympics Ski Team in Turin, Italy. A graduate of the College of William & Mary and the University of Southern California, he is the founder of LessThanFour.org, the world’s largest online community for amputees and is a nationally known motivational speaker. He is 25 years old and lives in the Washington, DC area.
