Dust jacket lightly rubbed along with some bumping/creasing, nicks, and short tears at edges. Dark brown cloth with bright gilt stamping to spine. Five-line blue ink inscription "To My | Alabama Banker | A.M. Grimsley Jr | Mr Frank | 11/12/72" on the front free endpaper; interior pages are otherwise bright and clean. Binding is firm. A fine copy in a very good dust jacket.
