Inside front board bears the Ex-Libris library sticker of Robert Lenkiewicz, English painter. It is suggested that Dali, Dufresne's companion for five years, introduced her to Andy Warhol in 1963. 'Leave Dali', said Andy. 'He's too old'. Soon after, Isabelle metamorphosed into Ultra Violet becoming an intimate of Warhol's underground scene, here recollected.
