First printing of the first paperback edition. A fine copy, with very light fading on spine and soiling (as pictured). Note: Some foxing on top edge. This book came from the library of poet and literary critic J.D. McClatchy, from his estate in Stonington, Connecticut. McClatchy left his sparse ink notes through the text. This copy has been SIGNED, warmly inscribed, and dated in the month of publication by Pinsky to McClatchy ("Sandy") on the half-title page, as pictured. ASSOCIATION copy.
