Book is about Fine, clean, bright, tight, fresh, and unmarked apart from Spier's signature; trace of rubbing to tips. Dust jacket light rubbing, mostly to spine, still Near Fine. Very clean, no tears, bright and lovely, with original price of $4.50 on top front flap.
