Bound in half leather and dedicated by George Zabriskie to Edward and Gertrude, worn, rubbed and repaired to the spine. Black leather with marbled paper covered boards, marbled end papers, with many (29) pages of end papers to the rear. SIGNED by the author on the half-title page. Clean text; 44 pages. Map of the travels added to the centre of the book between pages 24 and 25. 44pp, map and 4 illustrations. Provenance: inscription for Edward and Gertrude from Geo. A Zabriskie to the front end paper, signed by the author to the half title. Approximately 7 inches tall. Condition Report Externally Spine good condition gilt titles, two raised bands. Joints good condition. Corners good condition repaired. Boards good condition marbled paper covered boards. Page edges good condition top edge gilt, all others tanned. See above and photos.
