First printing of this special edition commemorating the exhibition at the I.C.P., New York City, November / December 1977. Inscribed by Peter H. Beard in both crayon and ink dated 1977 to the verso of the front fly with a FINGERPRINT to the upper right. Grey cloth covered boards. Illustrated with "upwards of 300 photoengravings and stonetone plates". Some minor foxing to the first and last few pages, otherwise a clean copy with no previous owners' names or other defacements. 10 x 11 in (25.5 x 28 cm).
