Text of paper read at the 16th Annual Meeting of the American Association of the History of Medicine, Atlantic City May 6 1940. Inscribed to Arthur James Rook (leading British dermatologist and author of 'Rook's Textbook of Dermatology') and signed by Reuben Friedman on the half title leaf (no other marks or inscriptions) . [CONDITION: An extremely well preserved FINE very clean and tight copy (gilt spine lettering a little dulled, pages slightly tanned). An excellent copy ] . . .
