Slight evidence of wear. Signed by Harriet U Fish on front cover. A scarce, self-published, historical and environmental assessment of the Elwha River and the now-removed dam that blighted it's history. This copy signed by co-author Fish, who has written on the history of Issaquah and law enforcement in Washington State.
