First Edition. SIGNED and briefly inscribed by author Joseph Wood Krutch on the front endpaper. Very Good lacking the dust jacket. Spine a bit cocked, with faint foxing and some soil to the leaves, lightly rubbed and soiled boards, and light toning to the spine.
