Phirozshah Dorabji Mehta (1902-1994) was born Cambay, India, in the Zoroastrian religion. Schooled in Colombo, then Cambridge, England, He lectured extensively throughout Britain, on India and its religions. This was his first major book, published in 1956 after extensive study, research and travel, including a 3 day audience with the Dalai Lama discussing Mahyana Buddhisim. 14 x 22.cm Approx.
