Oblong hardcover in gilt-stamped black cloth. Inscribed and dated on the half-title page to Oak Park IL resident Don Mose, who was a Dartmouth student at the time and whose father was a librarian at the John Crerar Library at the University of Chicago. Oblong quarto, "550 copies printed in September 1947 at The Anthoensen Press, Portland, Maine, in Janson types, on Oxbow paper, according to the author's arrangement.
