Signed first edition (First edition, first printing, signed by the author) For over twenty years Christian Horner built and ran Red Bull Racing, transforming a rookie team acquired for £1 into one of the leading forces in Formula 1. Inspired by the company’s unofficial motto, ‘No Risk, No Fun’, Horner’s Red Bull rewrote the rulebook, broke longstanding records, won fourteen World Championship titles and created a global sporting franchise now worth billions.Drive tells that story. From Christian’s childhood passion for speed to his career as a racing driver, to his appointment as the youngest team principal in F1 history. It exposes the incredible pressures of that role, the psychological demands negotiated during each race, and the instinctive decision-making required to win (and win again) in a sport of maximum risk with the very finest of margins.Vivid, candid and uncompromising, Horner captures the intense drama and high personal cost of pushing a team to the very limits of performance. He talks about the shock upsets, rivalries and private challenges he faced, as well as the collaborations that underpinned his success: with figures from Dietrich Mateschitz to Bernie Ecclestone, with drivers including Max Verstappen, Sebastien Vettel and Daniel Riccardo, and most importantly with his wife Geri.Ultimately, Drive is about the vision, the ambition, and the sacrifices required to lead a team to greatness. Packed with gripping stories and unprecedented insights, it gives fans a whole new perspective on the inner workings of Formula 1.…

THE MOST ANTICIPATED SPORTS AUTOBIOGRAPHY OF THE YEAR.
'Horner has an incredible story to tell.' THE TIMES
Discover the gripping, behind-the-scenes account of life at the pinnacle of Formula 1, with Christian Horner’s candid and uncompromising autobiography.
The watching world wanted to see Max and Lewis go head-to-head in a title decider, not crawl to an underwhelming finish. Anything else was a disappointment.
Packed with stories featuring motorsport’s biggest characters – Dietrich Mateschitz, Bernie Ecclestone, Adrian Newey, Max Verstappen, Toto Wolff and many others – DRIVE offers a unique and unfiltered perspective from the highest level of the world’s most thrilling sport.
Capturing the intense drama and high-stakes decisions faced when pushing a team to the absolute limits of performance, Christian Horner talks candidly about the twenty years he spent building and running Red Bull Racing. He opens up about elusive drivers, fierce rivals, team dynamics and the many personal battles he fought on and off the track, including the events leading to his shock departure from the team.
‘Well, the higher you rise, the sharper the knives,’ said Geri.
Her logic was hard to argue against.
Under Horner’s leadership, Red Bull rewrote the rulebook, broke longstanding records and won fourteen World Championship titles. Packed with gripping stories and unprecedented insights, Christian’s frank and unflinching memoir tells his story for the very first time.
Drive is the must-read autobiography for fans who want to know what really happens inside Formula 1.
