Item description from seller

Philadelphia: Dorrance & Company, 1974. First Edition. Octavo; publisher's cloth in black dust jacket retaining original price ($4.95); vi,137pp. Moderate wear to jacket margins including tiny chip at top margin of upper panel, corners nudged, inscribed and signed "Ted" (the author?) to front free endpaper. Additionally signed Edgar A. Anderson on title page in the same blue ballpoint pen. A Very Good, sound copy. Promotional flyer laid in. Novel inspired by the author's day job as a teacher at Seabreeze Junior High School, Daytona Beach, Florida. Rather ingeniously, the author recruited the help of five of his students to capture the school ground vernacular.
