Volume 1 (N): 100 pp., with full-bleed black-and-white plates throughout. Volume 2 (S): 100 pp., with full-bleed four-color plates throughout. Each volume is 10-1/8 x 7-1/4 inches. This first edition was limited to 1000 unnumbered copies. New.
