Red binding with blind stamp line around four edges on front. Embossed gold colored print on front and spine. 459 pages. Spine is slightly sunned, has a slight cant and has some stains. These are smal l and transparent, but in the sole area the liquid was enough to run over to front and rear covers. Owner gift note on inside front cover in ink. Front fly has author's dedication with date of May 16, 1924. One in long split in front hinge paper in mid-page.
