A very good copy of the presumed first hard cover edition (no explicit edition or printing statement) in a like (not price-clipped) dust-jacket, warmly inscribed and signed by Sam Day on the front free endpaper. Three pages have highlights, else the text is wholly unmarked, pristine, and the binding and jacket are bright and fresh in appearance. Additionaly, several Day-signed postcards and a brief letter are laid in. A sharp copy.
