Fair A pre-eminent presentation copy, from Crash Kavanagh to the publisher, Max Parrish, in a condition, alas, reminiscent of the stunt driver's work. The Irish stunt driver and speedway rider, Reg 'Crash' Kavanagh, was "a global superstar of the stunt world" who "travelled the globe, crashing motorbikes, cars and planes, and breaking nearly every bone in his body, in front of packed-out stadiums from Brisbane to Buenos Aires." Kavanagh had his own stunt company, initially nicknamed the "Death Squad", it later became known as the "Reg Kavanagh Film Crash Squadron". Seller Inventory # 2728
