The Cop Cookbook, by Greta Garner-Hewitt (daughter of James Garner, who played television's legendary detective Jim Rockford), Ken Beck, and Jim Clark, is filled with favorite recipes from much-loved television and movie stars as well as from police chiefs and other top cops from all fifty states. It includes recipes from such stars as Clint Eastwood (Dirty Harry), Peter Faulk (Columbo), Angie Dickenson (Pepper Anderson), Angela Landsbury (Jessica Fletcher), James Garner (Jim Rockford), Michael Douglas (Steve Keller), plus more than 150 others.
With over 300 recipes, The Cop Cookbook has a wide variety of dishes to satisfy every cell. The Chicago Sun-Times says it "promises to be 'more than just coffee and doughnuts'," and the Courant calls it "a fun read" covering "everything from appetizers to desserts and includes photos of our favorite stars in their crime-fighting roles." Along with the 150 plus photos, the book also has trivia tidbits and quizzes to challenge loyal fans.
