The proof is very uncommon. 2 volumes, first edition trade paperback original and uncorrected proof, both in illustrated wrappers by John Coulthart. Illustrations by Nikita Knatz. Signed label from Lansdale adhered to title page of first edition. Both fine, unread copies.
