First edition. Large hardcover. Edited by Robert Tow and Ricker Winsor. Features a foreword by Jonathan Williams and an afterword by A.D. Coleman. The first extended look at Callahan's impressive but lesser known work with color photography. Many of the themes that he worked on in black and white are echoed in his color work. A very near fine copy in cloth boards with a faint bit of sunning to the spine and in a fine cloth slipcase and in the original shipping carton. No dust jacket as issued. Signed and inscribed by both Harry Callahan and Eleanor Callahan on the half-title page. A vastly nicer than usual copy. This is a heavy and oversized book and will require extra shipping.
