Charming 21" X 17.5" facsimile of the 1884 "Map of the Town Site of Clermont, Sumter County, Florida" folded into pocket pasted to the rear pastedown. Fine condition. Hardcover. Condition: Near Fine. Dust Jacket Condition: Good. 1st Edition. This hardcover book, published in 1984, is marked a First Edition. The book itself is in Near Fine condition. It appears unread with a strong, tight spine and clean pages, except for the inscription on the title page by both authors. The dust jacket shows more wear with insect damage along the edges. The first and last couple pages a have darkened from news articles of interest to the previous owner that were kept in the book. The last page has the similar insect damage as the dust jacket.
