Beautiful First Edition. Privately printed by the author, founder of Eastman Kodak Company, and illustrated with fifty-two plates done on Eastman Kodak film. Beige paper-covered boards with beige cloth spine, clean unchipped paper label on spine. Tiny spot of wear to one lower corner tip. Binding is tight and square, hinges are sound - no cracking. Illustrated endpapers showing the Northern and Southern Route of the Eastman African hunting trip. No previous owner markings. Tipped in signature (perhaps a facsimile) of George Eastman "To my old comrades in the Kodak organization - George Eastman." Very clean pages and edges. Detailed information and wonderful photographs of Eastman's hunting trip in Africa, on which he was accompanied by Martin and Osa Johnson.
