A fine presentation copy, SIGNED by Christo, and inscribed to publisher Paul Anbinder, who worked on this book during his tenure at Abrams: "For Paul Anbinder / Christo / February 15, 1972". 320 illustrations, with 84 in color. Text by David Bourdon. Light shelf wear, trace foxing to rear board (barely perceptible), hints of offsetting due to the unique jacket design; a sterling, close to fine copy in a fine jacket.
