208 pp. photographic frontispiece. 8vo, publisher's cloth in dust jacket. First edition. Very slight tanning to the boards; tight and sound in a slightly tanned jacket. Signed and inscribed on the front free endpaper, "with best wishes, Dick Hall." The text of page 81 was erroneously repeated on p. 95 in this copy; and the correct text was supplied and affixed over the error; it later became detached but is present, leaving glue stains.
