Book condition is G+. Fabric on hardcover boards foxed in spots - specifically, along spine and edges. Brown spot on fore edge of text block. Endpaper toned. Very small brown spot stain on bottom of first ~5 pages. Text in excellent condition otherwise - pages clean and clear of writing/highlighting/markings; binding and hinges tight.
