SIGNED BY WINTERTON on the title page. Author's Edition. 8vo.(22 cm.) 58[4]p. Introduction by Mary Margaret Mc Bride who also edited this volume. Illustrated with a black and white fold-out map inside the rear wrapper of Woods Hole Cape Cod, Massachusetts. Stiff green wrappers printed in black and with a vignette in black on the front wrapper of Cape Cod and the lighthouse and on the rear wrapper of a sea gull just rising from the ground. Almost no wear to extremities, somewhat darkened around the edges, a couple of pencil corrections in the text, covers square and flat, else very good to near fine with no other internal markings. Winterton C. Curtis was Dean of the College of Arts and Science in the University of Missouri and also worked in the Mrine Biological Laboratory at Woods Hole, MA. These poems reference various parts of Winterton's life, including time spent in Oregon and Washington. Seller Inventory # 006791
