Near fine first edition beautifully bound in full dark green leather with marbled endpapers. Titles and decoration in gilt. Some very light foxing to foredge but a very attractive copy of the author's first collection of stories. The author has signed the book on the front endpaper in a way which suggests that this was his own copy. An important book by a major Welsh writer and academic.
