Light green cloth with tiles in maroon with design on spine. Some sunning on spine and edges with some mottling on back. Light edge and corner wear, but book is square and securely bound. VG. Jacket has light wear and aging. VG- to G+. ; B&W Photographs; 8vo 8" - 9" tall; 270 pages; A revision, and according to back of title page, an enlargement of Wister's 1930 Bulbs for American Gardens, though this book does not look as long as the earlier work. This is still a seminal work on garden bulbs by one of America's great horticulturalists. Signed in ink by Wister on the title page. ; Signed by Author. Seller Inventory # 9603
