Signed and inscribed first edition hardback, 1932, with no jacket. In overall good-to-very good used condition with only minor signs of age, handling and storage - green cloth boards a touch rubbed. Internally clean. Binding tight and appears little read; no annotation; toning to page-ends but text bright and clear throughout. Brief gift inscription in Latin, initialled by the author, B.H.S, to F. B. Pidduck (author, academic and mathematician). Not an old library book.
