A fine copy of the 1988 first edition, signed by the author on the title page and with his signed bookplate on the front free blank end paper. 172 pages well illustrated from coloured photographs. Accompanying this is the original watercolour painting commissioned specially for the cover from leading artist Martin Knowelden. The painting measures approximately 39 x 29 cms and the good quality gilt frame measures approximately 65 x 55 cms. See photographs of both book and painting attached.
