There was no signed publisher's gift copy issued for All the Pretty Horses. Complete in three volumes, bound in publisher's black cloth and boards, lettered in gilt.Fine in Fine dust jackets. Cities of the Plain is also an advance review copy with publisher's slip and b/w photo of the author laid in. Provenance: from the collection of Kevin Hunsanger.
