Hardcover. Condition: Very Good. Dust Jacket Condition: Very Good. 1st Edition. Octavo. xv, 318 pages, indexed. Hardcover with a black pictorial dust jacket, now in mylar. The jacket has a blue "Signed" label taped to the inside of the mylar at the foot of the spine. Moderate rubbing and edge wear to the jacket, which is price-clipped. A sound copy and clean within. The front pastedown has a bookplate SIGNED by Erich Hartmann and INSCRIBED and signed on the half title, "To Don / with best wishes & Horrido! / Raymond F. Toliver". This inscription with black marker has bled through to the verso of the half title and spots the title page a little bit. The text is a little toned but is generally clean. Illustrated with photos.
