Exquisitely bound by Cedric Chivers, signed in gilt pallet on rear dentelle, "Cedric Chivers Bath, in full crushed brown Morocco, with tan-colored heart onlays and on the upper section of the color a magnificent "vellucent" landscape capturing a running brook, in watercolor, with part of the brook inlaid in mother of pearl to give it a reflective quality. Below, an attractive vellucent design with inlaid red dots and gilt stippling containing a wreath patterning in watercolor, etc. Spine with heart onlays, and Nouveau style patterning. LIMITED, SIGNED DELUXE EDITION, with 81 color plates by Helen Allingham (1848-1926), acclaimed British watercolorist who married William Allingham, Irish poet closely associated with the Pre-Raphaelites. Near Fine.
