First edition of Richard Matheson's Bid Time Return, published by The Viking Press (with The Macmillan Company of Canada) in 1975. Signed by the author, Richard Matheson. Later adapted into the beloved 1980 film Somewhere in Time, which prompted reissues of the novel under that title. The original Bid Time Return is the scarcer, earlier form of this now cult favorite story, blending time travel and romance.
