Hardcover. Third Printing. Octavo, xii, 499, viii pages. In Very Good condition with a Good minus condition dust jacket. Green/gray and tan spine with tan lettering. Dust jacket is wrapped in a mylar covering, price clipped, has severe tears and holes along the spine and extremities, impacting some text. Light plus rubbing wear, and clear tape covering the head end of spine and part of the rear and front covers.
