FIRST EDITION, NO. 621 OF 750 COPIES SIGNED BY THE AUTHOR, 4to, pp. [vi], 49, [1] + colour frontispiece. Title-page and dedication leaf printed in blue and black. Original blue cloth, spine lettered in gilt, front board blocked in gilt, plain acetate jacket. Jacket a bit marked and with a couple of small tears at corners. Waugh?s last published work of fiction, resurrecting characters from several of his early novels. Relatively scarce with the original plain acetate jacket.
